What BackCare Guide is
BackCare Guide is an independent appointment-request service for chiropractic care in the Melbourne area of Florida. We are not a chiropractic office, and we don't provide medical care or medical advice. Our job is coordination: we receive your request, review it, and connect it with a local practice that can discuss scheduling with you.
What we do
- Show you the practice first. Enter your ZIP and we show you the local chiropractic practice serving your area — doctor, address, hours, and services — before you share any contact details.
- Keep it to one request. Instead of calling around, you answer a few short questions and send a single request.
- Coordinate, not just forward. BackCare Guide receives and reviews every request, then coordinates it with the local practice. Nothing is booked until you agree.
What we don't do
- We are not a directory of chiropractors, and we don't rank or compare providers.
- We do not claim any practice is "the best" — we simply connect you with the local practice serving your area.
- We do not sell your information, and we never send your request to multiple offices.
- We do not provide medical advice. Questions about care, treatment, or conditions belong with the practice or another qualified provider.
- We do not book appointments on your behalf — the practice discusses scheduling with you directly, and nothing is booked until you agree.

When you enter your ZIP, we show you the local practice serving your area — before you share any contact details. A practice works with BackCare Guide by agreeing to receive coordinated requests and to contact requesters about scheduling.
How your information is handled
