BackCare Guide is operated by Web Ventures LLC (“we” or “BackCare Guide”). This policy explains what we collect when you submit an appointment request, and how it is handled.

What we collect

When you use our request form, we collect:

• Contact information — your name, mobile phone number, and email address, so BackCare Guide can coordinate your request and the local practice can reach you about scheduling.
• Request details — your ZIP code, preferred timing, and the type of care you're looking for.
• Attribution information — how you arrived at our site (such as a referring page or campaign identifier), so we can understand which outreach efforts are working.

We also use basic session storage in your browser to remember your visit during a single session (for example, so the form keeps working as you move through it). We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Why we collect it

We collect this information for one purpose: to receive, review, and coordinate your appointment request with the local chiropractic practice serving your area, so that practice can contact you about scheduling and availability.

Who sees your information

Information you submit through an appointment request may be shared with the local chiropractic practice for the purpose of responding to your request. That is the only outside party that receives your information. We do not transmit your request automatically — BackCare Guide receives and reviews each request first.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your information with anyone other than the local chiropractic practice handling your request — never with multiple offices.
• We do not provide medical advice. This site only facilitates appointment requests.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your information, ask the office shown when you requested care — their contact details appear on your confirmation screen — or reply to any message you received about your request. BackCare Guide will also remove your details from our system when asked: contact the practice office and ask them to pass your deletion request to BackCare Guide, and we will confirm it was handled.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
