Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
BackCare Guide is operated by Web Ventures LLC. These terms describe how the appointment-request service works.
What this service is
BackCare Guide facilitates appointment inquiries only. When you submit a request, BackCare Guide receives and reviews it, then coordinates it with the local chiropractic practice serving your area, so that practice can contact you about scheduling and availability. Nothing is booked until you agree.
What this service is not
- This site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
- Submitting a request does not book an appointment and does not guarantee availability or any particular response time from the local office.
- BackCare Guide is not a chiropractic office and does not employ or speak for any chiropractor.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to submit a request, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate contact information so your request can be coordinated. By submitting, you agree BackCare Guide may contact you about your request and may share your information with the local chiropractic practice so the practice can contact you about scheduling.
Limitation of liability
In plain language: this site is a free request-coordination service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BackCare Guide isn't liable for anything that happens between you and the local practice — including scheduling, availability, fees, or care itself. Any dispute about care is between you and the practice.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
