First-timers welcome

You don't need to know anything in advance

If you've never seen a chiropractor before, that's the office's department, not yours. Our form only collects what a local office needs to start the conversation.

What we ask for, and why

  • Your ZIP code

So your request is routed to a local office serving your area.

  • When you'd like to be seen

So the office knows your timing preference. A preference — not a booking.

  • The type of care you're looking for

So the office has context before they call. Choose "New patient – not sure" if nothing fits.

  • How to reach you

Your name, mobile phone, and email — plus your consent for the office to contact you.

What the office will discuss with you

When the local office contacts you, they'll cover their own process: scheduling, their intake paperwork, fees, and any questions you have as a new patient. We don't speak for the office on what a first visit involves — that's between you and them.

Your matched practice

BackCare Guide works with a participating chiropractic practice serving the Melbourne and Palm Bay area. Enter your ZIP code and, if your area is covered, we show you your matched practice right away — its name, phone number, address and directions, and online booking — before you share any contact details.

Questions

New-patient questions

Do I need a referral to request care?

No referral is needed to send a request through this site. The local office will discuss their own requirements with you directly.

What happens at a first visit?

We can't describe any office's first-visit procedures — that's for the local office to explain when they contact you. Ask them anything; it's what new-patient conversations are for.

I'm not sure what type of care I need. Is that okay?

Yes. Choose "New patient – not sure" on the form and the office will help you figure out the right questions to ask.
